Technician was very kind and personable, explained to me what the issues with the equipment was and demonstrated his expertise.

I appreciated the immediate response to the request for service. The process was easy and I liked the emailed follow-up.

Problem was resolved.

Rolando, The Service Tech is always courteous and shows up when he says he will. He helped us identify a electrical power issue to one of our copiers by giving us a report from the power protection device and we were able to resolve it without any further issues to the machine. Above and beyond!

The folks on the phone and the technicians are always very nice and very efficient.

Elliot the field tech was very responsive. Advised me he could work around my schedule to fix copier as I was leaving early. Knowledgeable & polite. He answered all my questions & I had a lot. Took care in cleaning the copier plus showed me how to work certain parts that I was not aware of. I received excellent customer service by Elliot so Thank You UBEO for having a fabulous employee who truly cares about the customer plus our copier.

I have never had negative experience with the Ray Morgan/UBEO Company. Your service technicians are wonderful knowledgeable people. I have worked with Ms. Shirley and Mr. Rick and they are always courteous and put a smile on my face every time I see them. They are very professional and resolve all our copier issues.
