The prompt response and professionalism, and quickly fixing the problem!

This was my first experience with UBEO so the field service master technician was very good about explaining what he was doing and why. He explained how the machine works and where "problem" areas could arise & how to fix on my own (if applicable) and then gave me his business card for the future.

The technician sent was wonderful. He was very knowledgeable, offered great customer service, and fixed issues I was not even aware of before they could cause a problem.

I called and had a problem with scanning and printing. A technician called me back and I just needed to order a toner cartridge. They did not have one in stock, so they ordered me one and had it to me the next day. They also ordered me an extra one so we did not run into this problem again.
