Response time is excellent! I had left a message, within 15 minutes I had an e-mail saying that the call was being logged with the Help Desk and 7 minutes later I had another email saying that a tech was being dispatched. The tech called, told me what time he would be arriving and he was right on time! He got my machine fixed and he cleaned it! He cleaned the machine! He made sure everything was working correctly before he left. He was courteous, professional, and so knowledgeable about the machine! Everyone that I have worked with at UBEO is so amazing, you all make it so easy to work with you!

Our technician, Don, that is assigned to this area is awesome. If I don't understand something no matter how stupid it may sound he always give me the right feedback and I am grateful for that. I hope everyone has a Don in their area.

Even though I don't remember getting a call with an ETA, they came within 30 min of sending in a request. I was pleasantly surprised since it was the end of the day.
