UBEO responds the same day, and takes care of the problems.

Hal and his team are amazing! The knowledge and ability to complete tasks at hand have been tremendous! Opening a new office can be stressful, but they have taken care of everything.

Service Technician always responds and is here within a reasonable timeframe.

Almost always UBEO is able to resolve are issues remotely without having to wait for a technician to get here. But even if we need a technician on site , they are always here on a timely manner. The team is always professional and courteous and very knowledgeable.

First of all, the help desk did EVERYTHING in his power to fix my problem on the phone. When it was determined that a service tech needed to come by in person, he didn't even call. He just showed up in about 15 minutes! My problem was fixed immediately, and he even helped me solve some other problems I was having. I LOVE YOU GUYS!
