Customer service is friendly and technician is always nice. James, the technician dispatched for the job was very knowledgeable, and he also checked the other machines who did not need service and thankfully he did because the other machine needed a new part, that soon enough could have given an error. That would have been another service call. As a school, it is crucial for all our copiers to be working at all times. If we have one machine down, that causes our staff to wait longer for copies. James saved us time and headaches. :-) Very grateful. Thank you.
