friendly fast service

All staff including service techs are always very friendly, helpful and professional. Ray wasn't able to resolve our issue on the first visit because we needed a part for our outdated machine and had to wait for shipping.

Prompt and courteous service. However, getting toner from a local area is a different story.

Every time I call a technician comes out within a reasonable amount of time and is able to fix the problem.
