I called late in the day on a Friday and was told they could try to get someone out if not I will have to wait until Monday. I let the rep know we have a lot of airline contracts and they send faxes throughout the day and waiting until Monday would be rough. Shortly after I received a call from Bill who was very knowledgeable and walked me through the steps, when I at first could not get it working he worked through other options and stayed on the phone with me until I was able to get it working.

Technician was very kind and personable, explained to me what the issues with the equipment was and demonstrated his expertise.

Technician got the machine working first visit but needed to come back with some parts. He came back very quickly and finished. Always happy with our service techs.
