Orlando was very professional and knowledgeable about our copiers. He communicates the day before the service, let's me know when he is here and places a follow-up call when he completes the service call.

Timeliness is important and Orlando was always here when he said he would be. Had to order parts so he is not completely done, but I am sure the machine will work like new when he is.

All technicians that have been to our location for service have been competent.
