Their staff communicate with us throughout the entire process--from the initial call until the repair is completed. Team Ray Morgan is easy to reach - you are not caught in an auto-attendant cycle, prompting to press this and that. A technician is dispatched and we are given a timeframe when the technician will arrive. All technicians are mindful of the current Covid distancing order, they are polite, kind and very knowledgeable. When the service has been completed, we receive a service summary via email.
