Usually when I call you guys it's because I'm frustrated with a machine that's giving me grief and the last thing I want to deal with is an overly complicated automated help service. Someone always picks up when I call you guys and you get to talk to a person which is becoming more and more rare. I hope you guys stay around and stay safe :)
