Jose is a great technician. He came in and solved the machine issue with no problem, and made it possible to complete the print job I was not able to print due to the machine issue. Between Rodney, my salesman, and Jose, the technician, many problems have been solved so I can continue with business as necessary. Sometimes those issues are emergencies due to a deadline etc. and they never cease to come through for me.
