I was blown away by the responsiveness of the team from my initial call to when the technician came out. They went beyond professionalism with their kindness and guidance. While I did not receive a call from the tech, he did us one better and showed up within 1 hour of my initial phone call AND while he was only scheduled to vacuum the waste cartridge to get us by until we received our new waste container, he actually had a new container with him and replaced it. I will 100% recommend UBEO!

I contacted the help desk and was told I would receive a call within an hour. Instead, the technician arrived 10 minutes later. It was incredible as we really needed the printer up and running, which it was within 30 min of my initial call.

Great response time. If it can not be resolved over the phone the tech person shows up quickly, very thorough instructions.

No matter what the problem, I usually get a polite and rapid response from the Help Desk. Equally as polite and quick are the technicians sent out to fix our copiers. Overall it is good to know that our copiers will be fixed quickly and efficiently, even when we have had to wait for parts.
