The technician who came out was very professional and friendly. He immediately knew what the problem was and fixed in in 3 minutes - also helped me to adjust the printer properties to what we needed while he was here. In reference to the issue that prompted this I spoke with 3 of your employee over the phone prior to asking for someone to come out. Two of them were great and very kind and patient. The first one helped me up until we were having difficulties with one laptop and possibly hung up? Maybe the call was disconnected?
