They are really nice when they come here to work on the printers. They always talk about what the problem is and what they will do to try to solve the problem and if they are not able to fix the problem, then they will have someone come out to look at it and see what can be done. I haven't ever had any problems with the staff. Very helpful and I appreciate it.
