We love our local tech, Alphonse. He's so friendly and he always goes above and beyond to keep our machine working. He fixed the paper jam and did some upkeep maintenance, all while engaging with our team in much needed social connection during Covid. (Oh, and he social distanced and wore PPE)

Alphonse was very nice and addressed all of our issues and gave helpful advice on how to clean the fax screen. Also asked if I had any other concerns or questions, or if anything else came up to give your company a call.
