The Help Desk Team has helped me on several occasions without sending a technician. When we did need a technician, they respond quickly and have always fixed the problem quickly.

I love the fact that he got here at the time the desk team said he would. Not only did he get my issue resolved but he cleaned our printer up and also inform me when I have that issue again what I should do and if I could not just to give you guys a call.

Our Technician, Don is always so pleasant when he is here. He gets the job done correctly the first time. The other positive is our sales representative Cindy. She comes back around on a quarterly basis to make sure everything is going great with our machine. At other companies you do not see the sales person again once they have made the sale. Both these individuals make you look very good.

Matt made it a priority to get to our office as soon as he could and was able to quickly find the issue and resolve it immediately. He was polite and knowledgeable!

Call in and you receive a how may I help you attitude from the time you speak to someone via phone to the time of being on-site. Smooth forward motion throughout your encounter and problem seems to be solved rather receiving information over the phone or on-site.

My tech was actually online service, not onsite. Which is extremely helpful. He knew exactly how to walk me through the process and fixed our issue quickly. It was painless!
