Very friendly, knowledgeable, courteous service! Our technician that came to service the equipment was super great and was able to diagnose the problem, like in two seconds, ordered the part, it came in a few days later, he came back fixed it lickety split and our old printer is like new again! Thank you very much! Yay!

My email was responded to in less than 20 minutes, the tech was onsite around 15 mins after that and had everything resolved for us in around 15 minutes. The whole process from the initial email to the resolution was an hour. Fantastic job.

YES, I'm delighted to share. So, you can anticipate ordering toner, staples, etc., but you can't anticipate when the toner cartridge "bucket / receptacle / thing" errors. We had our biggest meeting of the year and were in the process of printing our program booklets. All was fine, until the message appeared. I called for service and was told that the "part" would need to be ordered, but we likely would be able to finish our printing jobs. That wasn't the case, so another call to Rich, our rep, and a tech came right out and changed out the device. The part arrived the next day. Stellar service in what could have ended in crisis!
