YES, I'm delighted to share. So, you can anticipate ordering toner, staples, etc., but you can't anticipate when the toner cartridge "bucket / receptacle / thing" errors. We had our biggest meeting of the year and were in the process of printing our program booklets. All was fine, until the message appeared. I called for service and was told that the "part" would need to be ordered, but we likely would be able to finish our printing jobs. That wasn't the case, so another call to Rich, our rep, and a tech came right out and changed out the device. The part arrived the next day. Stellar service in what could have ended in crisis!
