Excellent customer service.

I didn't hear back from a Service Technician until the day after I placed my call to the help desk. My Service Technician, Shirley, was here very quickly after contacting me. She did a great job. My problem was fixed within minutes and she then went over our machine to make sure everything was working properly. Thank you Shirley!

Sent an email. Received a prompt response. Service person was in the area so he came the same day. Got the copier fixed and running with no more jams.
