I am very satisfied with Mr. Silva (technician)he is always on time. Very courteous, friendly, patient, and respectful. Being a realtor I am always on the go and there have been two occasions where I have had to reschedule. Mr. Silva has worked with me to reschedule my appointment. I am sure his schedule is also just as busy as mine however, he never once complained. I would like for your company to know what an asset he is and how professional and refreshing to have someone who cares so much about his work.
