It was a simple fix that I was not aware of and felt so dumb for not figuring it out but the tech was very patient, friendly, helpful, and didn't make me feel bad. I wish more people had his great customer service!

Pao was excellent at explaining how to get to the menus we needed and how to adjust the settings should a fold need to be adjusted. Great customer service from the time the call was placed to the time with the tech.

Scott the technician that was dispatched to MCC campus is an absolute life saver, great sense of humor and customer service attitude. He does a great job fixing our printer issues and works fairly quickly.
