The techs were trying dilligently to repair our copier, but it took several visits until they finally got it figured out. We had always hoped return visits would be first thing the next day but they were not. We went probably a week with out a copier which is also our fax machine.

After my service request, a tech called in a very timely manner. He then walked me through how to fix the issue and 5 minutes later it was fixed. He also called back later to double check that everything was working properly. An excellent experience!
