Initially the technician was to arrive on a specific date and was very accommodating when the day/time needed to be adjusted. Originally he was scheduled to register the equipment to permit automatic ordering for toner when needed. When it was mentioned we were unable to scan a large volume of documents the technician explained this needed to be set up by our IT department which allowed us to have this quickly resolved.
