Overall I really like the copier I have from the company

nate is very professional, friendly and he explains what is wrong with the machine and what part(s) need to be replaced. the tech we had prior to Nate, was not friendly, didnt explain anything and honestly just looked like he did not want to be in our office to fix the machine.

They always fix any problem we have

The issue with the toner problem was fixed after the tech came a verified but I felt like instead of being told I was wrong, customer service could have been better at giving me the benefit of the doubt.
