Quick response. I had no sooner clicked the "submit" button on the Documation customer portal when the technician arrived at our office. He went straight to work, lickety-split, and re-adjusted the alignment on the paper tray. That instantly fixed our off-center printing issue and allowed us to print scores of PowerPoint slides for a very important presentation. Thank you, Documation!
