Submitting a service request online is quick and easy but the service we receive from the on-site technicians is where UBEO really shines. John and Riley are always quick to respond, professional and dependable. When John or Riley give an ETA, I know I can relay that ETA to the user with full confidence. It’s rare to find a tech that is extremely knowledgeable with great communication skills. UBEO found two of them and we are thankful they’re assigned to our account.

I always get wonderful customer service -- everyone I have been in contact with (Curtis was the most recent, I think) are great and know what they are talking about. This last time I had questions about a problem with one of the machines, and instead of a tech coming to our office, he walked me through how to make the printer happy and told me the finer details of loading paper!

Robert was very helpful and willing to try and help me troubleshoot the problem myself.
