He was kind and took the time to listen when I told him what problem we were having with our machine and he took care of it and explained to me exactly what he did before leaving.

The company as a whole is always kind and helpful. It never fails that we have an issue with our printer the week before a big event when we need it the most. (usually a user error that causes a bigger error) The team at Ubeo always gets us up and running in time.
