Jose is very friendly and knowledgeable when repairing our copiers, he explains the problem and the solution to repairing it, the main thing I like about Jose is he cleans up behind his self and dust the machine off.

Technicians always take the time to communicate the issue and show us how to resolve it on our own if need be. They are always courteous, knowledgeable and quick to respond!

Rolando, The Service Tech is always courteous and shows up when he says he will. He helped us identify a electrical power issue to one of our copiers by giving us a report from the power protection device and we were able to resolve it without any further issues to the machine. Above and beyond!
