Everyone is very nice and responsive to our requests in a timely manner.

I am very appreciative of our tech who assisted us in resolving the issue! I am not thrilled with opening operations of the transfer of our account to Ubeo as it was not as smooth of a transition as we would have hoped in regard to the length of our time with this service. I feel there should be a better focus and approach on customer service and fulfillment of the needs of the customer. For example, our issue was a toner cartridge that was packed on one side and not properly dispensing in the plotter. We were informed that the tech was not able to bring a replacement along for the repair and that we may have to purchase another one, out of pocket, for the possibly faulty one we received from you all. This makes no sense as it is not our company's fault if the cartridge was faulty. This does not seem very customer focused, especially for a product we pay so highly for within our monthly rental package. Further, although Ubeo has my email and has been notified that I would be the POC for meter readings, the plotter meter reading request was sent to another colleague and ignored/unnoticed. The matter went unnoticed for some time and our company began getting pushy messages about it. I had to finally email the meter request and advise that it made no sense that they would send the other 2 meter requests to me and be fulfilled almost weekly but then to send the plotter meter request to someone else whose department does not even deal with these matters (HR).

The 2 technicians that come out to assist us are both named Eric. These gentlemen are complete professionals. They are very punctual and call ahead of time to let us know when they will be arriving. Most of all, they are really good at fixing our printer issues. Very pleasant individuals.
