When I call in I get a person not a machine. When I'm told someone is coming and an approximate arrival time, they arrive on time and prepared! We have 2 machines in the office, the one in my office is the one that generated the service call. When I got off the phone, my assistant stated she was getting a message on her machine to do with the waste toner. When the service tech arrived, I asked him quickly if he would be able to look at her machine or if I needed to make another call and he told me he could handle it and handle it he did! Both machines are running beautifully. I have already recommended UBEO for professionalism in staff and the great leasing option you have!
