Always one step ahead. Happy that they come right away or give you a time frame. Always on point. Very professional, goes beyond expectation by cleaning our copier/printer regardless of the call. Amazing! When the tech person walked in on our call he looked behind the copier/printer to find out we had plugged the cord into the wrong adapter for our fax machine...Immediately he knew we had made the error. Thanks to him we can now receive and send faxes. I'm extremely happy!
