The speedy service, we had an urgent job to complete, Marciano really did a great job to get us up an running as soon as possible.

From start to finish the service request was great. Submitting the request was quick and easy. I received a call from the tech to inform me of day/time he would be here. The tech called to inform me he was on his way. He was kind, professional, and knowledgeable of the issue.

The technician named Robert came out. He was professional, knowledgeable & extremely courteous. Excellent customer service is a true surprise these days & that is exactly what we got. It was greatly appreciated.

That might have been the best Customer Experience, I've received in a while. The issue was certainly non-urgent, however due to the building being on-route the tech had decided to drop by to inspect and fix the issue. He called me quickly beforehand, and when he was on his way. He also came in greeted me very professionally. He was very honest and stated that our current printer was on a new UI, one that he was not familiar with so he would need some time to dig down and find the proper settings. He completed his task, asked for information when needed and ultimately completed the task within an hour. He cleaned up after himself and was sure to tell me good-bye on the way out.
