That might have been the best Customer Experience, I've received in a while. The issue was certainly non-urgent, however due to the building being on-route the tech had decided to drop by to inspect and fix the issue. He called me quickly beforehand, and when he was on his way. He also came in greeted me very professionally. He was very honest and stated that our current printer was on a new UI, one that he was not familiar with so he would need some time to dig down and find the proper settings. He completed his task, asked for information when needed and ultimately completed the task within an hour. He cleaned up after himself and was sure to tell me good-bye on the way out.
