The technician was here for a meter reading of a copier that was not in use. I wasn't aware he was coming so it was a surprise but a nice one at that. Tech got his meter reading and help me reset a 11x17 default paper select. That setup that was quite annoying and an extra step I had to do every time I used the copier.

Very knowledgeable of equipment and quickly serviced equipment to minimize downtime.

Always punctual. If the issue cannot be resolved on the first visit, an explanation and a approximate time was given.

Gustavo came to our office and repaired the envelope feed and font problems we were experiencing. The scanner was still not working correctly, and Gustavo contacted Frances who repaired the scanner on our machine. Both technicians are professional, skilled and courteous. Kudos to them both. They saved the day and we really appreciate their help.

The technician had three tickets for three separate machines. He fixed two and was trying to find solutions how to fix the third. He was very polite and responsive to all my concerns. He also brought a new power surge cord to replace one that had been making a loud noise occasionally. Your technicians are always very thorough.
