I'm a fan because our machine very rarely has issues and when I do, the technicians are sent out in a timely manner and always get the machine fixed.

Not sure why we've had issues here with hooking up all the computers to our new printer- it may be an issue on our end. I do want to say that Tim has been wonderful in helping us- always friendly and patient with our questions and concerns. Also, Dan helped remotely and was great as well. Again, the issue may be on our end, and your team has been diligent with helping resolve.

Upon placing a service call via email, I always receive an immediate response that my request has been received. This is a nice acknowledgement. The service techs are all great and very knowledgeable about our copier. They always check in with me before leaving to make sure all questions and concerns have been answered and explain what they did and if parts that need to be ordered.
