Our service repair technician followed up with repairs pursuant to a conversation without me having to make another repair request.

Service was timely and on-time. The technician was courteous, did the work and finished. The technician also noticed another issue we were unaware of that he intended to resolve when parts came in.

I called UBEO services the early morning of Thursday, July 19th and received a voice message from Thad Akins that he was heading for Austin County. I went to lunch at 12:00 noon and when I returned to work I was informed that a very nice person and knowledgeable came and serviced the Lexmark. Thad put a new contact sticker on the Lexmark and left his business card. I sent Thad Akins an email apologizing for not being in my office when he came to service the Lexmark in Human Resources and how appreciative I was for his prompt call.
