I called UBEO services the early morning of Thursday, July 19th and received a voice message from Thad Akins that he was heading for Austin County. I went to lunch at 12:00 noon and when I returned to work I was informed that a very nice person and knowledgeable came and serviced the Lexmark. Thad put a new contact sticker on the Lexmark and left his business card. I sent Thad Akins an email apologizing for not being in my office when he came to service the Lexmark in Human Resources and how appreciative I was for his prompt call. We have old machines and even though we call for service on a frequent basis, we always receive great customer service and our machines are almost always fixed the same day unless a part needs to be ordered.

The service was so quick and the communication was great. I did not go through the help desk initially - I called our sales rep, Cindy Wells. She got us in touch with the technician who called and let us know when he would be here. He did a great job by fixing the reported problem and also took time to inspect the rest of the printer and do some minor maintenance.

Came in during our remodeling and fixed the problem. Went out of his way to give a much needed maintenance to our copier/printer. It works and looks very nice after the amazing clean he did. A job very well done without even asking. He went above and beyond!
