In addition, your contact records in PlanProphet will show you the last time the customer gave a response to your LoyaltyLoop survey, and their Net Promoter ScoreSM disposition (i.e., Promoter, Passive or Detractor).

The final step is to send an email to PlanProphet Support, pasting your LoyaltyLoop API Key in the email (or attaching the Notepad file), and request they turn on the LoyaltyLoop-PlanProphet integration for you.
As new results flow in to LoyaltyLoop from your customer experience survey, results will flow into your PlanProphet automatically. This allows you to view your customer survey results in PlanProphet, and puts you in position to use the PlanProphet automated campaign feature to follow-up on LoyaltyLoop Leads and Referrals.
