Founded in 2001 and marketed originally as Survey Advantage, our company is a pioneer in combining the power of web-based technology, expertise in data gathering and analysis, and 30+ years of front-line business experience. Our purpose then, and today, is to deliver robust, continuous customer-feedback solutions at a small business price.
In our origins, we delivered custom survey services to businesses seeking to understand their customers. While we continue to help customers needing custom solutions, by 2006 our service evolved into a standardized web service marketed as CustomerPulse that helped businesses develop an ongoing understanding of their customer attitudes and experiences. This service was one of the very first in the market to provide a simple, automated way of gathering customer feedback, and turning it into actions.
CustomerPulse was used by independent business owners, franchises, and mid-sized corporations to gather customer feedback, measure their Net Promoter Score, and develop action plans to improve based on real customer feedback. Over the years our service has won several awards from the franchise networks and franchise owners with whom we're honored to have as our customers.
By 2016 a new ownership group acquired the company, and the team developed and launched our next-generation service called LoyaltyLoop to replace the then-aging CustomerPulse platform. We continued to help more and more customers, listening and learning from their needs, and evolving our LoyaltyLoop service and our business.
Today, LoyaltyLoop has evolved into a total customer experience platform, not only helping to gather first-hand feedback from customers, but also helping business owners develop more sales from existing customers, automatically generate fresh customer testimonials for use in the owner's marketing, and automatically engage customers to promote the owner's business online through Google reviews, and other online review sites.
As we enter 2020, our company will be re-branded as LoyaltyLoop, which better connotes the value we deliver to our customers. LoyaltyLoop enjoys customers across North America and parts of Europe, and look forward to having you as our next customer.
