If you want to run deeper analyses, create a backup of your results, or export them to create lists for campaigns you might run in other email marketing tools, you can download all your results. Go to Feedback, set the Date Picker to "All Dates", click the select all checkbox, and then the export button to save the file.

Go to Feedback, find the customer, and click the "Show more…" link to see their launch data, or click expand icon in the upper right corner of the customer's detailed response to view their survey response and launch data on a single screen. Launch data adds context to customer responses.
