Inside Sales Managers & Inside Sales Reps

Description

We are looking for a few motivated individuals to join our team. We have both full-time experienced sales roles, Inside Sales Managers, and entry-level full-time/part-time sales roles, Inside Sales Reps. The ideal candidates will have a great personality, a positive and hungry sales-minded attitude, and a desire to earn high income. In this sales role, you will be working initially from lists of warm prospects from our various partners, as well as responding to direct inquiries, to provide live demos of LoyaltyLoop, speak with prospects to help them understand our services, and close new business. You will also exercise your own prospecting and research skills to identify new areas of opportunity for the company, and may be asked to contribute to our customer support team.

The right person will have a great in-person, and phone/web personality, the ability to listen and assist customers and prospects, and close new business through conversation and problem-solving, and never from high pressure pitches. You should be a self-motivated person, with an entrepreneurial spirit, who thrives in a small team culture, is excited to make the next call, can learn quickly, and has experience with popular business software tools like CRMs, spreadsheets, and email.

Insides Sales Manager must have prior sales experience. We provide high income potential with a competitive base salary plus a performance-based monthly bonus. Full-time positions enjoy company-contributed health, dental, retirement and fitness programs. A few perks include a comfortable and professional office conveniently located in East Greenwich Rhode Island, free office snacks, and team lunch provided on Fridays. We exhibit at a few partner shows and events, and some travel is required.

Desired Skills and Experience
  • Friendly, engaging, video/phone and in-person demeanor
  • Inside Sales Manager candidates must have 1-2 years sales experience, software sales is a plus
  • Quick learner and self-starter
  • Great organizational skills and disciplined follow-up
  • Loves making video/phone calls
  • Excellent listening, verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience with typical business tools such as Google Workspace, Microsoft Office and related
  • Knowledge of using a CRM tool to track call and sales activity
  • Reliable, flexible, fun-loving, easy-going
  • Fluent in spoken and written English
  • College degree not required
  • Authorized to work in the US
Responsibilities
  • Qualify and engage new prospects who have expressed interest in our services
  • Coordinate and execute live web demos to prospects
  • Cultivate existing customer relationships via trainings and upgrades
  • Identify, cultivate, and grow new customer segments
  • Provide live and email support to existing customers
  • Represent company at shows and other events (some domestic travel required)
  • Other duties as assigned
Compensation
  • Inside Sales Managers: Base salary at $22-$28 per hour (based on experience)
  • Insides Sales Reps: Base salary at $16-$22 per hour (based on experience)
  • Both: individual sales performance-based bonuses
