LoyaltyLoop Enterprise is our latest cloud platform that replaces our original CustomerPulse “corporate dashboard”. Its designed for our franchise partners, and presents summary statistics for your overall customer feedback program, displaying aggregate results for all LoyaltyLoop-participating locations in your organization. It arms you with data to help all franchisees deliver outstanding customer experiences, that aim to strengthen your overall business and brand.
Like all cloud applications, you need a user account to access it. We have already issued a user account to everyone on this email. IMPORTANT: You have been sent a separate email from us, with subject "LoyaltyLoop Account Invitation", that requires you to confirm your account and credentials BEFORE you can login to your account. After confirming your credentials, to access LoyaltyLoop Enterprise go to loyaltyloop.com, click the green login button in the upper right corner, and enter your username and password.
Currenty, your organization's LoyaltyLoop Enterprise account has a single Admin who holds rights to create additional user accounts. Admin users can also change a standard user into an Admin. In the future we'll be adding support for multiple Admins.
You can organize locations however you need by creating groups. Per the data provided by your team, we've pre-configured initial groups of locations to match your business organization. You'll find a Group picker icon throughout the product that allows you to only view results for locations in one or more groups. These groups can be changed and new groups can be created. To modify groups click your username, then Settings, then Manage Groups.
LoyaltyLoop Enterprise presents survey response summary data by location for franchisees currently subscribed to LoyaltyLoop. Results are aggregated showing overall summaries for key metrics including Net Promoter ScoreSM, surveys sent, response rates, and summary stats for other common questions used by your franchisees. Results are presented in both graphical charts and tables. For all key survey questions (e.g. NPS®), you'll see a section showing the top, middle and bottom 5 performing locations for easy comparisons. Throughout the product you'll find icons and search boxes that allow you to filter and isolate just what you want to see. There are filter icons to set the Date range, view results for selected Locations, and Groups. You can also Print or Export the results.
Maybe. By default only summary statistics from each franchisee’s LoyaltyLoop results are aggregated and presented in LoyaltyLoop Enterprise. Franchisees who directly pay for all or part of their LoyaltyLoop subscription can choose to grant LoyaltyLoop Enterprise users full access to their account. When access is granted, corporate staff can access the franchisee’s LoyaltyLoop account and see (and take actions) just like the franchisee can. To drill into a location, click the Locations tab from the main left menu. If your Franchisee Agreement permits you to have full access to all franchisee data, please contact us.
Yes. When your user account is created or modified, your Admin can change your account so that LoyaltyLoop only presents results for select groups and select locations for which you're responsible. Admins can also instruct our support team to make those changes too.
