Avoid over-touching your customers
By default, LoyaltyLoop automatically removes customers who have been sent a request for feedback in the prior 90-days to avoid over-touching customers. This allows you to request feedback from repeat customers 4 times per year. Best practices suggest you survey repeat customers at least 4 times per year to ensure you do not miss a change in customer attitude. However, if it is more appropriate for your business to survey every 4 or 6 months, we can adjust your survey throttle.Back to all features
