We employ our Touch Frequency FilterSM to ensure we appropriately engage your customers, without ever irritating them with too many survey requests. By default, LoyaltyLoop automatically removes customers who have been sent a request for feedback in the prior 90-days to avoid over-touching them. This means your repeat customers will be asked 4 times per year, approximately every 90 days. Best practices suggest you survey repeat customers at least 4 times per year to ensure you do not miss a change in customer attitude. While 90-days is the default, every business is different and we can tailor the Touch Frequency Filter to your specific needs.
