Because Striven unifies your projects and accounting in one place, key details, including customer contact info, sales rep, line items, and location, come along with each transaction. That means every survey response and review is tied directly to the work and team members behind it.
Once your Striven account is connected, LoyaltyLoop automatically engages customers right when their experience is fresh. Requesting feedback close to when a job is completed substantially increases both the volume and quality of your survey responses and online reviews.
