Many back-office systems have built-in capabilities to generate a report, automatically run it on a schedule, and have it emailed. Check to see if your software provides this capability, in total or in part.

When using LoyaltyLoop testimonial widgets to display your published testimonials on your website, did you know you can control what customer details and other attributes are displayed? Edit the widget in use on your site, and you'll be able to play around with its appearance, preview it, and save it. Then, your live testimonials will now reflect those settings.

If you know how to code in HTML and CSS, you can further customize the appearance of your testimonial widget's on your website. This can be handy to change the background color, font size, and other attributes to more closely match your website. If you don't know HTML and CSS, but rely on a web developer, in seconds they will be able to provide the code to make your testimonial widget more closely match your website's look.

Throughout the LoyaltyLoop application, you'll see a question mark icon in the row of controls.
