John DiPippo is a seasoned entrepreneur and visionary leader with extensive experience in customer experience (CX) and technology. Holding a Bachelor of Science degree from Lehigh University, he has built a strong foundation that propelled him into pivotal roles. As the Owner and President of LoyaltyLoop® (formerly Survey Advantage), he applies his passion for solving business challenges through technology, empowering organizations with a robust customer experience platform. LoyaltyLoop® is dedicated to helping businesses gather, analyze, and act on customer feedback, aiming to transform satisfied customers into loyal brand ambassadors by enhancing service quality and fostering enduring customer relationships. His career also includes co-founding IONIT Networks, LLC, and ForensicSoft, serving as President & CEO of ADI Time, holding significant executive positions at APC by Schneider Electric, notably as Senior Vice President of Data Center Solutions and Services, and currently serving as the Chair of the security company, SecurityRI.
