We are looking for a few motivated individuals to join our sales team. The ideal candidates will have a great personality, a positive and hungry sales-minded attitude, and a desire to earn high income. In this sales role, you will be working initially from lists of warm prospects from our various partners, as well as responding to direct inquiries, to provide live demos of LoyaltyLoop, speak with prospects to help them understand our services, and close new business. You will also exercise your own prospecting and research skills to identify new areas of opportunity for the company, and may be asked to contribute to our customer support team.
The right person will have a great in-person, and phone/web personality, the ability to listen and assist customers and prospects, and close new business through conversation and problem-solving, and never from high pressure pitches. You should be a self-motivated person, with an entrepreneurial spirit, who thrives in a small team culture, is excited to make the next call, can learn quickly, and has experience with popular business software tools like CRMs, spreadsheets, and email.

The ideal candidates will have a great personality, and great customer care and problem-solving skills. Customer Support Reps will provide front-line customer care, write customer support documents, execute support projects, and assist onboarding of new customers. Both roles will provide customer care, training, product demos and related customer support activities via telephone, Zoom meetings, and email.
