East Greenwich, RI – April 16, 2020 – LoyaltyLoop released their Print and Sign industry segment Loyalty Leadership awards for the quarter ending March 31, 2020. The awards recognize businesses in North America that attain the highest Net Promoter ScoreSM (NPS®) for their industry segment during the quarter.

Results are based on more than 29,000 survey responses from customers who recently completed a purchase and were asked how likely they would be to recommend the business to others. Performers in the top quartile achieved a Net Promoter Score greater than 95; in the top-middle quartile 90-94; in the bottom-middle quartile 85-89; the bottom quartile achieved less than 84.

To qualify for the award, participating companies must have customer satisfaction results for each of the three months of the quarter, with no fewer than 15 survey respondents in each month. An overall winner is chosen based on the overall Net Promoter Score for the quarter. To break a tie, the company with the higher NPS and quarterly survey response rate is chosen.
