Autotask Integration for Widgets

Using our new Autotask integration for Widgets, you can add LoyaltyLoop as a tab inside Autotask, displaying your LoyaltyLoop dashboard as a widget. This allows you and your agents to keep tabs on customer experience levels (CX) right from within Autotask. Need additional LoyaltyLoop details? No problem. Just click on the widget to open your LoyaltyLoop account.

Autotask Integration for Ticket Insights

With Autotask integration for Ticket Insights, you can now view the disposition of the contact relative to their most recent feedback. This helps you understand how a contact is feeling about your company, before you begin engaging or responding to their current ticket.

Within the LoyaltyLoop Ticket Insight panel, in addition to recent feedback comments from the ticket contact, you will also find the ticket contact's most recent key customer experience (CX) metrics (e.g. Net Promoter Score, Product Quality, Customer Satisfaction).
