New Positive Feedback Alert

We all love positive feedback! This month, we added to the list of Alerts & Notifications. All plans receive the new Positive Feedback Alert.

This alert is helpful when you wish to see each positive response immediately or share them with your team.

Similar to the Poor Feedback Alert, this new alert fires immediately, but only following a Promoter response.

Want associated teammates or employees to hear the positive feedback? Use our feature that dynamically sends alerts to email addresses associated with the customer data in LoyaltyLoop.

For example, if the email address of the account manager or other staff are associated with the customer data (as sent to LoyaltyLoop), then you can trigger the Positive Feedback Alert to fire to them, allowing the correct employee to hear the positive feedback, even if the employee does not have a LoyaltyLoop user account.
