When using the LoyaltyLoop QuickBooks integration, your customer contact details for recent Invoices and Sales Receipts flow automatically into your LoyaltyLoop account.
Once your QuickBooks is connected, LoyaltyLoop can be configured to automatically engage customers as soon as the next day. Requesting feedback closer to when the customer experienced your business tends to increase both the quantity and quality of feedback and Google reviews.
